RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I've changed my mind about my purchase. What are the conditions of return?

• the products should be returned to Albany Aggregates Desborough within 14 days of the order date.

• collections can be arranged for large items at the customers cost.

• Be sure to package your returns carefully they need to be received in good condition & unopened in original delivery packaging in order for us to process your refund.

• All returns costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• How soon will I receive my refund?

• Your credit/debit card will be credited once we’ve received and processed your return. Please expect up to 5 days from being processed for this to reach your account.

       The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your          credit/debit card company’s billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.
