Delivery terms & Conditions
(a) A charge maybe made for the delivery of goods and we try to keep the charge as low as possible. For deliveries of bulky Items, the goods will be delivered as near as possible to your front door or any designated area providing its accessible. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats) or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. For palletized deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to a location as stated. The Products will be at your risk from the time you have accepted the goods by law.
To qualify for free delivery, the order must be above £100 and within our free of charge delivery area. For further delivery details please contact us
(b) Before you place an order on our website please make sure there is suitable access for delivery as it will arrive on a rigid vehicle up to 32 tonnes in weight. Please be aware that delivery must be made on flat solid ground with no overhead obstructions, ie telephone and power cables. We must have at least a 6 metre gap from any live powerlines, failure to adhere to this could incur wasted journey charges. On occasions where agreed prior for larger deliveries items may arrive on a articulated vehicle where you will need to offload. Should this be the case you will be advised in advance.
Failure to adhere to this could incur wasted journey charges if we can not deliver your item due to health and safety issues.
Payment for the Goods must be made prior to delivery or collection by
cash, credit or debit card, bank transfer or cheque. We do not accept american express and cheques must clear before delivery or collection. Payments can also be made instore or over the telephone.
After you have placed an order we will contact you on the telephone number you have provided us to process your order, organise the delivery/collection date and to process the payment.
